छत्तीसगढ़ का प्रथम एवं अपने उद्देश्यों के आधार पर भारत का प्रथम लोक कलाकारों , फिल्म कलाकारों एवं मिनी थिएटर की सहकारी समिति है।
“छत्तीसगढ़ फिल्म लोककला एवं मिनी थिएटर सहकारी समिति मर्यादित” का गठन छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसायटी अधिनियम-1960 एवं छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसायटी नियम-1962 के तहत किया गया है। इसके संस्थापक एवं प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री अमित परगनिहा एवं छत्तीसगढ़ की सुप्रसिद्ध लोक गायिका श्रीमती अलका परगनिहा (चन्द्राकर) हैं।
इसका संचालन छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी 5 संभागों में किया जा रहा है। एक प्रदेश स्तरीय “Apex Federation” राजधानी रायपुर में स्थित है।
इसमें छत्तीसगढ़ के लगभग 45000-50000 लोक कलाकार, नवधा रामायण,नवोदित गायक, फिल्म कलाकार, बस्तर के जनजातीय लोक कलाकार , सरगुजा क्षेत्र के आदिवासी कलाकार समेत सभी विधाओं के गायक, नृत्य एवं अन्य सांस्कृतिक कलाकार शामिल हैं।
इस सहकारी समिति का मुख्य उद्देश्य सहकारिता के सिद्धांत के आधार पर दूरस्थ अंचल में रहने वाले गाँव-गाँव के कलाकार, बस्तर सरगुजा के आदिवासी कलाकार सहित फिल्म निर्माण में संग्लन सभी कलाकारों के आर्थिक विकास, उन्नति और उसे सबल बनाते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ी लोककला, गीत, संगीत, नृत्य आदि सभी विधाओं का संरक्षण, संवर्धन एवं प्रचार-प्रसार करना है। इसके अलावा, सभी योजनाओं का संचालन कर सहकारिता की भावना का विकास करना इस समिति का प्रमुख उद्देश्य है।
Our Vision and Mission
- The First Cooperative Society of Folk Artists and Mini Theaters
- Registrations have been completed in all five divisions of Chhattisgarh, and chairpersons and other officials have been elected. A state-level federation is being established.
- A cooperative society of more than 40,000 folk artists from all disciplines in Chhattisgarh.
- Construction of mini theaters with 200-250 seats at block levels and small towns, operated by member artists of the society.
- The process to start approximately 25 mini theaters in the next three years has begun.
- Annual organization of the International Chhattisgarh Film Festival.
- Creation and preservation of folk arts in all districts.
- Provision of loans ranging from ₹3 to ₹5 lakh for training in the field of folk arts.
Chhattisgarhi language, as well as in other languages across India, based on the demand and consent of the members, enabling the creation, distribution, and screening of films, telefilms, etc., for the economic benefit of members across Chhattisgarh and the country.
- To produce and manage all types of videos and film content
- To establish a Film City, studios, film libraries, and research facilities in Chhattisgarh, along with providing high-level technical arrangements in the field of films and folk art.
- To assist members in film research and development, as well as to support the procurement of equipment and technical training related to filmmaking and advanced technologies.
- To operate mobile film exhibition units, national and international film festivals, and facilitate the exchange of national and international art and culture through various programs.
- To provide members with essential technical equipment and machinery for film production at affordable rates.
- To set up high-quality film editing and VFX studios.
- To promote and provide training in folk art, music, literature, and Chhattisgarhi folk tales through facilities such as block headquarters, district headquarters, divisional headquarters, auditoriums, and stage theaters.
- To carry out all kinds of economic activities to empower Chhattisgarh's folk artists socially and economically.
- To establish printing presses for the printing, publication, and marketing of Chhattisgarhi folk art creations.
- To implement all state and central government schemes across Chhattisgarh for the economic benefit of members.
- To conduct publicity, street plays, cultural exhibitions, etc., in cooperation with state and central government agencies, providing members with opportunities for economic benefits.
- To preserve, promote, and develop folk art, folk music, folk instruments, folk dances, folk tales, folk literature, folk drama, and all other forms of folk traditions in Chhattisgarh.
- To take initiatives for the preservation, conservation, and development of disappearing Chhattisgarhi folk traditions.
- To carry out financial and social activities to ensure economic empowerment of all members.
- To provide health and life insurance to all members and facilitate loans for members at minimal interest rates through financial institutions.
